Shipping Policy
We ship using UPS Ground and United States Postal Service for Express Mail (1 to 2 day service) Priority Mail (2 to 3 day service) and First Class Mail ( 3 to 5 day service). We do not guarantee UPS's or USPS's ability to deliver air packages on time.  Each package is carefully wrapped to ensure safety of the items.  Shipping costs are determined by ZIP codes and weight.  Orders are processed within 24 hours from the time order is received; however, during peak holiday seasons (October through December) processing time may vary.

Return Policy
If you need to return an item, you must first contact us at 713-783-2217 to obtain a RMA number. Please note there are no refunds on custom orders, engraving or open merchandise.  All items must be returned within 30 days of order date. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
