After ordering online or calling our customer service department:

Ø      We will make sure the product is available and meets your delivery date, once we receive your order.

Ø      We engrave the text as it appears on the engraving form.

Ø      On orders of 25 or more you will receive an engraving proof of your order within 1-3 days from receipt of your order for your approval.

Ø      You must fax or email your approval to Treasure Island Jewelry Co. to: (713) 783-2240 or sales@tijc.com

Ø      Production will commence upon receipt of your approval. Delays in faxing back your approval will affect the date of shipment. For any questions regarding your artwork, please contact our Engraving department at (713) 783-2004.

Ø       You will receive a fax with the tracking number(s), once your order has been shipped.

Ø      A receipt will be included with your shipment.
